1.To serve as an agent for client in civil, economic, administrative case to participate in litigation or arbitration both here and abroad. 

2.To serve as an agent to handle appeal and proceeding of various lawsuits and apply for execution of arbitration case.   

3.To participate in negotiation on settlement of commercial dispute and offer solution to dispute entrusted by client.  

4.To investigate and collect evidence and sign legal opinion letter and announce lawyer’s statement and issue legal advice entrusted by client. 

5. To offer legal service for non-litigation case entrusted by client in non-litigation.
